Let’s start fresh: 2025 is here, and I’m not fading into the background this time. Maybe you’ve seen me pop up before—a sharp-tongued book review here, a haunting short story there, or some writing advice that hit you harder than expected. This year, though? I’m here for good, ready to bring more of what I do best: stories that stick, ideas that challenge, and truths that cut through the noise.
This isn’t a manifesto of chaos (let’s calm down). It’s a celebration of storytelling, of the beautiful, strange, and sometimes unsettling art of shaping words into worlds.
Fiction First
Stories are my roots. When I arrived in this country at 19, armed with broken English and a few notebooks, I started writing tales that didn’t ask for permission. They broke rules, crossed lines (just like I did, if you know what I mean), and leaned into the weird and raw. That hasn’t changed—it’s only gotten bolder. This year, I’m sharing more of these stories, pushing boundaries, and keeping things as messy as life itself.
Unfiltered Reviews
If you’re tired of reviews that play it safe, good news: I don’t. My take on books cuts past the marketing hype to dig into the writing, themes, and what truly makes a story tick. Some of my opinions might sting, but I promise you’ll leave with a fresh perspective—and maybe a few new books to obsess over (or avoid).
Writing Advice Without the Fluff
Let’s talk craft. Writing isn’t all muses and coffee shop aesthetics; it’s work—beautiful, maddening, and often thankless. I’m here to share what I’ve learned, no sugarcoating. Whether you’re a first-time writer or someone deep into your career, I’ll give you insights, hard truths, and a little humor to help you through the grind.
And You, Reader
You’re the reason for all of this. Whether you’re here for a jolt of inspiration, a good scare, or just to see what madness I’m up to, know this: your stories matter, too. They deserve to be told. If 2025 is about anything, it’s about making space for those untold tales—mine and yours.
So, here’s to a year of storytelling, risks, and connection. If you’re into dark fiction, sharp critiques, or the magic of a well-told tale, stick around. We’ve got a lot to dive into. Let’s make it unforgettable.
